- Weekly Thursday Lessons (topic changes each month) at 7:00 pm, Friday Band Nights & Saturday DJ Dances at Our Lady of Lourdes Family Life Center (980 Huffman Rd., Birmingham, AL, 35215)
- Casual attire. Great wooden dance floor. BYOB welcome. No smoking. Water, soft drinks and snacks available for purchase.

Birmingham FOOTMAD | Contra Dance
- First & Third Saturdays of the Month 7:00-10:00 pm at the YWCA (309 23rd St N, Birmingham, AL 35203)
- Music by various bands and DJs, Casual attire. Please bring your own reusable water bottle, your friends and family and wear comfortable shoes, We are no longer requiring proof of vaccination, but please do not come to the dance if you are feeling at all sick or have been exposed to COVID in the last week.
- Cost: $10 Adults, $5 Students
TUSCALOOSA BALLROOM DANCE CLUB | BALLROOM
- 3rd Saturday of the Month 7:00-10:00 pm at the McAbee Center (3801 Loop Road, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404)
- Music by various bands or Djs, dress is either dressy-casual/themed or semi-formal/formal - check their website to confirm before attending event

- Music by DJ. Lesson from 1:30-2:00 pm, Casual attire. Great wooden dance floor. Bring your own snack. No outside drinks (including water/soda). Cash bar has beverages available. Enter through back door.
